Protection of State Assets and Employee Interests: Head of SPFU Made a Working Visit to SoE "Rykhalske"

Dmytro Natalukha, Head of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, made a working visit to the state enterprise "Rykhalske". The purpose of the trip was to personally inspect its condition. In light of information circulating on the internet that provoked destabilization of the enterprise's operations, an inspection of the facility and a meeting with the workforce took place.

The dialogue with the team of SoE "Rykhalske" was held in a maximally open and constructive manner. The management of the Fund heard the positions and concerns of the employees, discussed pressing operational issues of the enterprise, relieved existing social tension, and agreed on a plan for further cooperation.

As a result, appropriate personnel decisions have already been made. Furthermore, ongoing dialogue continues regarding potential further personnel changes to ensure the proper functioning of the enterprise.

The State Property Fund responds promptly to any crisis phenomena and draws strict conclusions based on the results of management quality analysis. The main priority of the SPFU is the uninterrupted and efficient operation of the enterprise, the preservation of jobs, and the proper development of the state asset.

The SPFU holds a principled stance: management that jeopardizes the stability of state enterprises is unacceptable. We remain completely open to communication and continue to systematically protect the interests of the state and workforces.
