State-Owned Property Leasing Results for the First Half of 2026
During the first half of 2026, the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) generated UAH 494.27 million in state budget revenues from the lease of state-owned property.
397 successful online auctions for leasing state-owned property resulted in new lease agreements, generating more than UAH 5.7 million in monthly rental income.
A total of 612 bidders competed for the right to lease state-owned property, with competition driving the final rental rates to an average of 2.2 times the starting price.
475 successful auctions were held to renew existing lease agreements, securing a combined monthly rental income of UAH 6.99 million.
The total value of lease agreements concluded during the first half of 2026 was 1.3 times higher than during the same period last year, reflecting steadily growing demand for state-owned assets.
All auctions were conducted through the Prozorro.Sale electronic auction system, ensuring transparency, openness, and equal access for all participants.
As of today, the SPFU administers more than 15,000 active lease agreements, covering approximately 9.1 million square metres of state-owned real estate.
The most competitive lot during the reporting period was a 4.0-square-metre non-residential premises located on the ground floor of an administrative building in Kyiv. Nine bidders competed for the lease, with the final monthly rental payment reaching UAH 41,400 - many times higher than the starting price.
The State Property Fund of Ukraine remains committed to the efficient management of state-owned assets, fostering a transparent business environment while ensuring stable revenues for the state budget. Despite the challenges posed by the ongoing war, the leasing of state-owned property continues to serve as an effective instrument for supporting economic activity, promoting entrepreneurship, and attracting investment.
