More Than UAH 114,000 Generated Through State-Owned Property Lease Auctions Last Week

Last week, the team at the State Property Fund of Ukraine (SPFU) conducted 24 online auctions for the lease of state-owned property. Of these, 21 auctions were successfully completed, generating UAH 114,231 in monthly rental payments.

Strong competition increased the combined rental value of the leased assets by 3.7 times compared with the starting prices.

A total of 32 bidders participated in the auctions.

The week's highest-value lot was part of a 202.9 m² non-residential property in Chernivtsi, leased for a monthly rental payment of UAH 51,001.

The SPFU also conducted 12 successful auctions to renew existing lease agreements, generating an additional UAH 84,738 in monthly rental payments.

The next step is the execution of the lease agreements and the receipt of rental payments, which will be transferred to the state budget to support Ukraine's Security and Defence Forces.

This week, the SPFU plans to hold 29 auctions for new leases of state-owned property and 16 auctions to renew existing lease agreements.
