Last week, the State Property Fund of Ukraine conducted 27 online auctions for leasing state-owned property. Of these, 18 auctions were successfully completed, generating UAH 256,389 in monthly lease payments.

 

The total value of the leased assets increased twofold compared to the starting price. Overall, 24 bidders participated in the auctions.

 

The most valuable lot of the week was part of a non-residential premises (361.5 sq. m) located in Kyiv, with a monthly lease payment reaching UAH 90,000.

 

In addition, 19 auctions were held to extend existing lease agreements, generating UAH 461,371 in monthly lease payments.

 

The next step is signing the lease agreements and receiving rental payments, which will be directed to the state budget and, in turn, support Ukraine’s Security and Defence Forces.

 

This week, the State Property Fund plans to hold 25 auctions for new lease agreements and 12 auctions for the extension of existing state property leases.

 

The Fund’s team continues to work toward increasing the number of successful auctions, as every hryvnia generated strengthens Ukraine’s economy and enhances the country’s defence capability.
