Today, we honor the document that laid the foundations of Ukrainian statehood, enshrined the rights and freedoms of our citizens, and defined the path of Ukraine’s independent development.

 

For us, the Constitution is more than a collection of legal provisions. It embodies the values that Ukrainians defend every day—both on the front lines and on the home front. It is the right to live in a free country, to determine our own future, and to build a strong European Ukraine.

 

Despite the immense challenges of war, our country continues to function, implement reforms, and strengthen its institutions. Ukraine’s strength lies not only in its resilience, but also in its respect for the rule of law, its responsibility to its citizens, and its commitment to democratic principles.

 

At the State Property Fund of Ukraine, we work every day to ensure that state assets serve the people, that our economy grows stronger, and that public resources contribute to the country’s development.

 

May the Constitution remain not only our Fundamental Law but also a daily guide toward building a strong, just, and prosperous Ukraine. We wish every Ukrainian the confidence that their rights are protected, faith in tomorrow, and pride in our nation.
