The State Property Fund of Ukraine regularly holds personal receptions for citizens, as direct dialogue helps identify solutions more quickly and address issues within the institution’s area of responsibility.

 

First Deputy Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, Andrii Shramko, held a personal reception for citizens with the participation of representatives of relevant departments and the management of SE “Nash Dim”. During the meeting, participants discussed a number of issues raised by citizens, including the settlement of outstanding electricity payments, the conclusion of direct electricity supply contracts, and the restoration of electricity services in the enterprise’s dormitory.

 

To ensure a comprehensive review of the situation, the Fund involved all interested parties, including the management of the electricity supply company, and has already initiated a follow-up joint meeting to develop practical solutions with the participation of local self-government authorities.

 

We are convinced that open dialogue, personal communication, and prompt responses to citizens’ appeals are essential components of effective public administration.
