The State Property Fund team has announced an online auction for the privatization of the single property complex of the State-owned Enterprise "Dublianka Distillery" in the Kharkiv region. The bidding will take place in the "Prozorro.Sale" system.

Location: Kharkiv region, Bohodukhiv district, Dublianka village, 1 Zavodska St.

 

About the Property: The total area of the real estate exceeds 16,000 sq. m. Located in the village of Dublianka, the enterprise possesses significant manufacturing potential for resuming operations or implementing new business projects.

 

The single property complex of the SoE "Dublianka Distillery" includes:

38 real estate units of production, warehouse, administrative, and social purpose;

31 engineering structures and infrastructure objects, including railroad sidings, treatment facilities, artesian wells, reservoirs, pipelines, and other production units;

A land plot of 205.1 hectares, which is in the permanent use of the enterprise;

25 units of automotive, specialized, and agricultural equipment.

 

Key facilities of the complex include the main plant building (3,802.4 sq. m.), a vodka workshop (2,163.8 sq. m.), an equipment workshop (1,626.7 sq. m.), a spirit storage facility, a boiler room, warehouses, an administrative building, and dedicated railroad sidings.

 

Note: A civil defense shelter covering an area of 237.9 sq. m. is located on the territory and is not subject to privatization.

The enterprise has been inactive since 2011, opening up substantial opportunities for modernization and the introduction of new investment solutions.

Key Conditions of Sale: Within 6 months of ownership, the buyer must pay off wage and budget debts and prevent the dismissal of the enterprises current employees.
