The State Property Fund has announced an online auction for the privatization of the unfinished construction of an administrative building in Rivne. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” platform.

The auction is on June 22.

Bids will be accepted until 8:00 PM on June 21. 

Starting price: UAH 908,343 excluding VAT.

Location: Rivne, 5 Stepan Demyanchuk St. 

The property’s advantageous location in the city provides convenient access to transportation routes, social, and commercial infrastructure, which enhances its investment appeal. 

The property is a three-story administrative building with a basement and annexes, 70% complete. The structure has solid structural elements and offers prospects for completing construction and implementing various commercial, administrative, or social projects.

The privatization object is located on a land plot with an area of 0.0824 hectares.
