Announcement: Community Center with Outbuildings and Structures — Up for Privatization Auction

The State Property Fund has put a community center with outbuildings and structures in the Khmelnytskyi region up for privatization. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform.

Auction Date: June 18

Applications for participation must be submitted by June 17, 8:00 PM

Starting price: UAH 304,369 (excluding VAT).

Location: Khmelnytskyi Region, Shepetivka District, village of Pluzhne, 49 Partizanska Street.

The property’s location within the settlement creates conditions for its future use in economic, manufacturing, warehousing, or commercial activities, as well as for projects focused on the needs of local residents and businesses. 

The property consists of:

a single-story community building with a basement and a veranda (125.8 m²);

a pig barn (234.4 m²). 

The buildings were constructed in 2000 and feature a solid structure: a rubble foundation, brick walls, and sturdy floors, which provides a foundation for the property’s future use or modernization. The property is equipped with electricity and stove heating, providing the basic conditions for future use and renovation of the premises according to the new owner’s needs.

The privatization property is located on a land plot with an area of 620.0299 hectares.

As of May 19, 2026, the privatization object or any part thereof is not under lease.
