The unified property complex of the SOE “Lviv Scientific Research and Design Institute of Land Management” – Up for Privatization Auction

The State Property Fund team has announced an online auction for the privatization of the single property complex of the state enterprise “Lviv Scientific Research and Design Institute of Land Management” in the city of Lviv. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” platform.

Proposals for participation will be accepted until 8:00 p.m. on June 14.

The starting price of the lot is 16,534,066 hryvnias, excluding VAT.

Main activity: research and experimental development in the field of other natural and technical sciences.

Location: Lviv, 4 V. Chornovola Ave.

The property is located in the central part of Lviv—on Vyacheslav Chornovil Avenue, one of the city’s key transportation and business thoroughfares. Its convenient location provides quick access to the city’s main thoroughfares, public transportation, and business and commercial infrastructure, creating additional opportunities for the effective use of the property.

The privatization object includes:

• a building (47/100 share) (1,799.8 m²) in Lviv, 4 V. Chornovola Ave.;

• a garage (653.7 m²) in Lviv, 25 Uman Street;

• a building (1,299.6 m²) in Drohobych, 22 Sahaidachny St.;

• a garage (78.8 m²) in Drohobych, 40 22 Sychnya St.

Among the conditions for the sale of the privatization object: repayment of wage arrears and debts to the budget within 6 months, and no layoffs of the enterprise’s employees.
