ANNOUNCEMENT: Wood Processing Plant Up for Privatization Auction

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a wood processing plant with a total area of 388.6 m² in the Lviv region. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic platform.

Auction — June 3

Applications for participation will be accepted until June 2, 8:00 PM

Starting price — UAH 622,724 excluding VAT.

Location: Lviv region, Zolochiv district, village of Hrabova, 418A Tsentralna St.

The location in the Lviv region is advantageous for the development of manufacturing, warehousing, or commercial activities due to its proximity to transportation routes and the region’s development prospects.

The privatization object is a single-story wood processing workshop building (388.6 m²). The building has a rubble concrete foundation, brick walls and partitions, wooden floors, a slate roof, as well as concrete, plank, and tile flooring. The windows are wooden and made of glass blocks. The property is connected to electricity; there is no water or gas supply. 

The privatization object is located on a land plot with an area of 501.9559 hectares.
