The State Property Fund team has announced two online auctions for the privatization of complexes of former preschool educational institutions in the city of Kryvyi Rih. The auctions will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” trading platform.

Auction — June 2

Bids will be accepted until June 1, 8:00 PM. 

Starting price of the lot — UAH 1,627,969 excluding VAT.

Address: Dnipropetrovsk region, Kryvyi Rih, 1a Cherkasova St. 

The privatization object includes a building (1,448.7 m²) with brick walls, reinforced concrete floors, and a soft roof, comprising a basement and a kitchen annex. The complex also includes a brick shed with an extension (61.8 m²), a metal fence and reinforced concrete gates, and an asphalt-paved area.
