ANNOUNCEMENT: Property Complex of SOE “Black Sea State Regional Geological Enterprise” Offered for Privatization Auction

The State Property Fund team has announced an online privatization auction for the Unified Property Complex of SE “Black Sea State Regional Geological Enterprise” located in Odesa. The auction will take place in the Prozorro.Sale electronic trading system.

Auction date — May 29

Applications for participation are accepted until May 28, 20:00.

Starting price of the lot — UAH 34,349,297 excluding VAT.

• 30 units of vehicles and specialized machinery;

• 731 units of movable property (equipment, computer hardware, and other fixed assets).

The enterprise’s balance sheet also includes 20 assets that are not subject to privatization. This list includes a civil protection shelter, residential property, and other assets detailed in the information notice.

Privatization conditions: within 6 months, repayment of wage arrears and debts to the state budget, as well as prevention of employee dismissals.
