Over UAH 450,000 – the result of last week’s online auctions for the lease of state property

Last week, the State Property Fund team held 33 auctions for the conclusion of state property lease agreements, 29 of which were concluded for a total of UAH 450,411. 

The total value of the assets increased 2.9 times from the starting price. 

A total of 49 participants took part in the auctions.

The most expensive lot of the week was a portion of non-residential space (12 m²) in the Kyiv region.  The monthly rent is UAH 200,000.

Additionally, 16 auctions were held to extend existing lease agreements totaling UAH 181,817.

We are now working on finalizing the contracts and awaiting payment for the rental of real estate, which will go to the state budget and, consequently, support the Security and Defense Forces.

This week, we plan to hold 26 auctions for the conclusion of state property lease agreements and 21 auctions for the renewal of state property lease agreements.

The State Property Fund team is working to ensure that there are more and more successful auctions. After all, all these funds strengthen our country’s economy and defense capabilities.
