ANNOUNCEMENT: Half of an administrative building up for privatization auction

The State Property Fund has put up for privatization half of an administrative building with a total area of 228.7 m² in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic platform.

Applications for participation accepted until May 19, 8:00 PM

Starting price — UAH 1,031,200 excluding VAT. 

Location: Dnipropetrovsk region, Kryvyi Rih district, Apostolove, 38 Vyzvolennia St.

The administrative building is located on one of the central streets with heavy traffic. It is a prominent location that is easy to find thanks to convenient access and a constant flow of people. This location makes the property accessible and advantageous for any purpose. 

The privatization object, with an area of 228.7 m², is located on the second floor of a two-story administrative building. It is a solid brick structure built in 1976 with a reliable reinforced concrete floor slab, which has perfectly preserved its structural integrity. The large number of rooms allows for flexible planning of a future office, educational center, or creative workshop.  

The privatization object is located on a land plot with a total area of 0.0312 hectares. 

As of April 17, 2026, the privatization object or any part thereof is not currently leased.
