UAH 137.4 million — the result of the online auction for the privatization of the state-owned stake in JSC “KHARKIV ELEK­TROTECH­NIKAL PLANT ‘TRANSSVYAZ’”

An online auction was held for the privatization of a state-owned stake representing 100.00% of the authorized capital of the JSC “KHARKIV ELEK­TROTECH­NIKAL PLANT ‘TRANSSVYAZ’”  located in the city of Kharkiv. The bidding took place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform.

Seven participants competed for the lot. Due to high competition, the price increased 9.6-fold: from the starting price of UAH 14.3 million to the winning bid of over UAH 137.4 million. 

After full payment of the lot’s price, the new owner will receive the property for which they competed. JSC “KHARKIV ELEK­TROTECH­NIKAL PLANT ‘TRANSSVYAZ’”  has a total area of 36,027.5 m², including 34 production buildings, 106 engineering structures with utility networks and roads, as well as a fleet of 24 units of specialized equipment and motor vehicles. This is a fully developed industrial asset with ready-to-use infrastructure, allowing operations to begin in the manufacturing or logistics sectors.
