ANNOUNCEMENT: Privatization of the state-owned stake in JSC “Zaporozhye Aluminium Combine”

The State Property Fund has announced an auction for the privatization of a state-owned stake amounting to 97.5458% of the authorized capital of JSC “Zaporozhye Aluminium Combine”. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic trading platform. 

Auction date — May 20 

Applications accepted until May 19 at 8:00 PM 

Starting price — UAH 176,265,261  excluding VAT

The property includes 1,497 registered real estate units and infrastructure with a total area of 370,929.85 m², located at the following addresses:  

Zaporizhzhia, 15 Pivdenne Shose St., 1a Metalurhiv St., 11 Pivnichne Shose St., 33 Recreation Center, Nezalezhnoi Ukrainy St., 17 Zahorska St., 43 Tymurivska St. 

Zaporizhzhia region, Zaporizhzhia district, Hryhorivska village council, Industrial complex of JSC “Zaporizhzhia Aluminum Plant”;  

Kirovohrad region, Svitlovodsk, Observatorna St.;  

Zaporizhzhia region, Primorsk, Kurortna St., 77; 

Zaporizhzhia region, Zaporizhzhia district, Stepne village, 58 Nagorna St.;  

Zaporizhzhia region, Kyrylivka town, 107 Fedotova Kosa. 

The privatization object also includes: 25 registered land plots with a total area of 216.0856 hectares and 292 units of vehicles and special equipment.
