The State Property Fund has put up for privatization a facility for processing coniferous-vitamin flour with a total area of 229.1 m², located in the city of Kostopil, Rivne Oblast. The auction will take place on the “Prozorro.Sales” electronic platform.
Auction date: April 17.
Applications for participation will be accepted until April 16, 8:00 PM.
Starting price: 687,300 hryvnias, excluding VAT.
Location: Rivne Oblast, Rivne Raion, Kostopil, 2 Dubky St.

The privatization property, with a total area of 229.1 m², includes:
- a workshop for processing coniferous and vitamin flour,
- an annex;
- a canopy;
- a ramp.
The brick building is constructed on a solid foundation of precast reinforced concrete blocks and features standard finishes. The main part of the building has reinforced concrete floors and a slate roof, while the annex has wooden floors covered with roofing felt. The floor of the property has a combined structure: reinforced concrete slabs in the main rooms, wooden planks in the annex, and asphalt concrete pavement in the ramp area and under the canopy.
The property is not connected to the electrical grid, and other utilities are also absent. Year of construction: 1974.
As of March 1, 2026, the privatization object or any part thereof is not under lease.
