Announcement: the premises of a former dental clinic are up for privatization

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put up for privatization the premises of a former dental clinic with a total area of 353.8 m² in the Sumy region. The auction will take place in the "Prozorro.Sale" electronic trading system.

Auction date — April 6

Acceptance of applications for participation until April 5, 20:00

Starting price — UAH 3,531,400 excluding VAT.

Location: Sumy region, Okhtyrka, 96 Kyivska St.

The privatization object is the built-in non-residential premises of a former dental clinic (353.8 m²), located on the first floor of a five-story residential building and having two separate entrances. The year of commissioning is 1991. The adjoining territory is landscaped, the access road is paved.

All main utilities are connected: electricity supply, centralized heating, water supply, sewage, and gas.

The object has not been used for over 10 years, which creates an opportunity for complete modernization and adaptation to modern needs: a medical center, office, educational space, or another commercial project.

As of 19.02.2026, the privatization object or its parts are not leased out.
