Almost UAH 4.2 million (+ UAH 831 thousand VAT) — the result of the online privatization auction of the "Nauka" recreation center

An online auction for the privatization of the "Nauka" recreation center, located in the Odesa region, took place. The bidding was held in the "Prozorro.Sale" electronic trading system.

12 participants competed for the lot. Thanks to high competition, the value increased more than 20 times: from the starting price of UAH 204.4 thousand to the winning price of almost UAH 4.2 million. The buyer must additionally pay VAT in the amount of UAH 831,000, so the total economic effect can amount to UAH 4.99 million.

After full payment for the lot, including VAT, the new owner will receive the privatization object — the "Nauka" recreation center with a total area of 912.13 m², which is ready for a new stage of development. The property complex includes 22 residential and 3 storage wooden houses, a conference hall, as well as a network of technical structures (a transformer substation, water tanks, a parking lot).
