Over UAH 41 thousand – the result of the last week at online auctions for the lease of state property

The team of the State Property Fund held 13 auctions for the conclusion of state property lease contracts last week, 10 of which took place for the amount of UAH 41,028.

The total value of assets increased 1.5 times from the initial.

In total, 17 participants took part in the auction.

The most expensive lot of the week is non-residential premises (103.4 m²) in the city of Zhovti Vody, Dnipropetrovsk region.  The cost of rent is UAH 12 008 per month.

Also, 19 auctions were held for the extension of existing lease agreements for the amount of UAH 204,514.

We continue to work on the conclusion of contracts and wait for the payment of rent for real estate, which will go to the state budget, and therefore to support the Security and Defense Forces.

This week we plan to hold 18 auctions for the conclusion of a state property lease agreement and 10 auctions for the extension of state property lease agreements.

The team of the State Property Fund is working to make more and more auctions successful. After all, all these funds strengthen the economy and defense capability of our country.
