Nearly UAH 1 billion in revenue: how state property leasing performed in 2025

By the end of 2025, UAH 970.6 million had been collected for the budget from the lease of state property. This represents 97.06% of the annual target. The slight deviation from the target is due to the continuation of a number of preferential terms for tenants, as provided by law during the period of martial law. 

  • UAH 970.6 million  – total revenue from leases;
  • 1,033 successful auctions held;
  • 1,501 participants;  
  • average growth doubled.

Leasing state property in 2025 means stable revenue, competition, and business confidence. In 2026, revising the discount system is expected to be a key factor in fully meeting and exceeding planned targets.
