The SPFU on its way to efficient privatization: interview with Vitaliy Koval for Ukraine Insights 2024 podcast

Vitaliy Koval, Chairman of the State Property Fund of Ukraine, gave an interview for the Ukraine Insights 2024 podcast by Dentons. They discussed the results of privatization over the past years and the SPFU’s plans for the current year.

“The war forced us to look for internal reserves, and state property became one of them. Many companies, fleeing the war, were able to relocate their businesses using state assets. The SPFU has reconsidered its position on the resumption of online auctions. We have destroyed the myth that war is not the time for privatization,” the Chairman of the SPFU emphasized.
