Sumy: an auction for privatization of a 710 m² premises has been announced

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an online auction for the privatization of non-residential premises with a total area of 710 m². The auction is scheduled to be held on May 23 this year in the electronic trading system Prozorro.Sale. The starting price of the asset is UAH 5.98 million, and the deadline for bids is May 22.

The asset is located at the following address: Sumy region, Sumy city, 92, 1-sha Zamostyanska str.

The property has a promising location with good transport interchange, is close to a post office and is located next to Lake Chekha. There are also no restrictions on use, so the new owner will be able to implement any business project.

The asset consists of two main buildings and three ancillary buildings. The buildings are used for office and administrative purposes. The non-residential second floor was built in 2009.

The privatization object is insulated, the roof is made of metal tiles on a wooden crate. The ceiling has a suspended structure and is insulated with mineral wool boards. All the necessary communications are connected to the ground floor premises, in particular: electric lighting, cold water supply, municipal (central) sewerage, ventilation and communication facilities.

The land plot under the privatization object is not separately allocated. The object of privatization is not leased.
