The auction for privatization of the Property Complex of SOE “Ivano-Frankivsk Research and Design Institute of Land Management” has been announced
On May 14, an online auction will be held to privatize the Property Complex of SOE “Ivano-Frankivsk Research and Design Institute of Land Management”. The starting price of the asset is almost UAH 2.8 million, and bids will be accepted until May 13. The auction will be held in the electronic trading system Prozorro.Sale.
The facility is located at the following address: 34, Akademika Sakharova Street, Ivano-Frankivsk, Ivano-Frankivsk region.
The object of privatization is located in the center of Ivano-Frankivsk, close to the Educational and Research Institute of Arts, King Danylo University, a school, shops, gyms, a lake, parks and squares. The good location of the property complex creates attractive conditions for investing in business development or relocation.
The main activity of the enterprise is research and experimental development in the field of other natural and technical sciences, namely: survey, survey, topographic and geodetic, cartographic, design and design and survey works performed for the purpose of preparing land management documentation in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Land Management”.
The object of privatization includes real estate (administrative building) with a total area of 1,880.6 m². Functional use - buildings for office and administrative purposes and others, which can be successfully used by the investor to accommodate retail and office premises already furnished and equipped with office equipment. However, despite the challenges of martial law, the Institute managed to finish 2023 with a net profit of UAH 94.9 thousand in its main activity, which indicates the prospects for the development of this business line.
The balance sheet of the privatization object includes 553 items of movable property, including equipment, furniture, inventory, etc.
Information about vehicles: 5 units of motor vehicles.
Information about the land plot: the administrative building is located on a land plot with a total area of
0.1493 hectares.
Part of the property of the privatization object with a total area of 840.5 m² is leased:
- premises with a total area of 824.9 m²;
- ground floor premises with a total area of 15.6 m².
The company's balance sheet does not include any objects that are not subject to privatization. There are no wage and budget arrears.
For reference.The institute's activities are aimed at implementing the current legislation of Ukraine on land management, filling the land cadastre and land protection. In 2003, the facility was granted the status of a state-owned enterprise.
