The Auction Commission Approves the Starting Price and Conditions for the Sale of the Property complex of SOE “Hotel “Ukraina”

A meeting of the auction commission for the sale of the large-scale privatization object - the Property complex of SOE “Hotel “Ukraina”- was held. The meeting was attended by 8 members of the auction commission and 5 representatives of the hotel. The latter were appointed to the auction commission in an advisory capacity.

They considered the following issues:

  1. Determining the starting price of the company's sale.
  2. Developed the terms and conditions for the sale of the Property complex of SOE “Hotel “Ukraina” at the auction.

According to the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, the company was included in the list of large-scale privatization of state property. The decision to privatize the object by selling it at auction with conditions was approved by an order of the State Property Fund.

The commissioners reviewed the company's documents, including the financial statements for the first quarter of this year. After the discussion, taking into account the requirements of the Law, the commission set the starting price for the sale of the asset at the auction with conditions at UAH 1,047,637,152.

The auction commission also reviewed and discussed proposals on the terms of the sale.

For reference. Property complex of SOE “Hotel “Ukraina” is a 4-star hotel. The building consists of 14 floors and has a total area of 22,481.5 m². The hotel is located in the heart of Kyiv - on Independence Square.

The hotel has:

  • the main restaurant “Ukraine” with a total area of 451 m² for 250 people.
     
  • 4 banquet halls.
     
  • business center, located on the 1st floor and equipped with modern office equipment.
     
  • 6 conference halls and meeting rooms.
     
  • beauty salon, sauna and massage room (private laundry service is also available).
     
  • parking lot for 69 cars.
