Privatization is gaining momentum: an online auction for non-residential premises in Odessa has been announced

An online auction for the privatization of a non-residential premises in Odessa will be held on May 9. The acceptance of proposals from potential investors to participate in the auction will last until May 8, with a starting price for the privatization object of over UAH 4.3 million without VAT. The auction is scheduled in the “Prozorro.Sale” electronic trading platform.

The object is located at: Odessa region, Odessa city, Otamana Holovatoho Street, 62.

The advantageous location in the Peresypsky district of Odessa makes this asset extremely attractive. Access to the Black Sea and the M-14 highway opens up wide opportunities for business, such as opening a shop, pharmacy or cafe. In close proximity are: the port, public transport stops, park, square, shops and restaurants.

The privatization object is represented by non-residential premises №101 with a total area of 89.7 sq. m, located on the ground floorof a residential building, which during privatization did not become part of the statutory capital of PJSC “Odessa car assembly plant.” According to the technical passport data, the asset includes:

  • 4 main premises with a total area of 80.9 sq. m;
  • 2 auxiliary premises with a total area of 5.1 sq. m;
  • a dressing room with a total area of 3.7 sq. m.

The privatization object has: a separate exit, concrete foundation, walls made of shell, tiled and linoleum flooring. There are connections to the electricity grid, gas pipeline, water supply and sewerage. The technical condition of the structural elements, engineering communications is satisfactory.

The balance holder of the privatization object is PJSC “Odessa car assembly plant.”
