An auction has been announced for the privatization of the PC of SOE “Niginsky quarry” in Khmelnytskyi region

The Fund’s team has announced the holding of an online auction for the privatization of the Property complex of SOE “Niginsky quarry”. The auction is scheduled in the “Prozorro.Sale” system on May 8, bids will be accepted until
May 7. The starting price of the lot is almost UAH 26.33 million without VAT.

The Property complex is located at: Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Kamianets-Podilskyi District, Sakhamin Village, Ukrainian Street, 1A. The enterprise has convenient transportation connections and is located near regional (M 12, M 21, R 33) and national highways (E 50). There is also a railway station nearby.

The main activity of the SOE is the extraction of decorative and building stone, limestone, gypsum, chalk and clay shale, which is of great importance for the reconstruction of cities, villages and settlements.

The Property complex includes 53 registered units of real estate. Among the real estate are production, warehouse, administrative buildings, structures, and premises with a total area of 16,329.2 sq. m, as well as external networks, fences and other infrastructure. According to information provided by the Department of Information Activities, Culture, Nationalities, and Religions of the Khmelnytskyi Oblast State Administration, there is a historical monument of local significance located on the enterprise’s territory.

The PC includes 36 units of vehicles and specialized machinery, including trucks, bulldozers, excavators and others.

Additionally, the enterprise owns large-scale and specialized production equipment.

Also the PC owns 358 units of movable property, including equipment, furniture, inventory, office and computing machinery etc.

Information about land plots:

  • land plot with an area of 0.3991 hectares at: Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Kamianets-Podilskyi District, Sakhamin Village, Ukrainian Street, 1.
  • land plot with an area of 0.1065 hectares at: Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Kamianets-Podilskyi District, Sakhamin Village, Ukrainian Street, land plot 1/1.
  • land plot with an area of 79.1 hectares at: Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Kamianets-Podilskyi District, Niginsky Village Council, “outside the settlement”.

As of January 1 of the current year, part of the enterprise’s real estate with an area of 19.85 sq. m has been leased, with the lease term until January 1, 2025.

There are no objects exempt from privatization on the balance of the Property complex.

According to the sales conditions, the buyer of the PC is obliged to ensure the repayment of overdue liabilities and not to dismiss employees for six months.

For reference. The main purpose of the enterprise establishment was the extraction of limestone and gypsum stone. For many years, the enterprise played an important role in the region’s economic development, providing raw materials to various industries.
