To the attention of investors: an auction for the privatization of the “Mykolaiv State Experimental Prosthetic and Orthopedic Enterprise” has been announced
The Fund’s team announced the holding of an auction for the privatization of the Unified property complex of the state enterprise PC “Mykolaiv State Experimental Prosthetic and Orthopedic Enterprise”. Bidding will take place in the “Prozorro.Sale” system on May 7, price offers will be accepted until May 6. The starting price is almost UAH 11.4 million without VAT.

The main specialization of the enterprise is the production of prosthetic and orthopedic products and orthopedic shoes for people with disabilities, which is very relevant during the war, namely: spine orthosis systems, upper limb orthosis systems, lower limb orthosis systems, upper limb prosthesis systems, lower limb prosthesis systems, orthopedic shoes.
The company’s products are in demand on the market, which enabled the enterprise to end 2023 with a profit of UAH 163 thousand and not have overdue payables.
That is why the buyer of the object is obliged to preserve the profile of the enterprise’s activity for 10 years and to prevent the dismissal of employees at the buyer’s initiative or their authorized body within six months from the date of object’s ownership transfer.
The structure of the enterprise includes: shoe department; prosthetic ward and prosthetic and orthopedic center.
The enterprise includes 5 real estate units with a total area of 2,021.6 sq. m (building, garage and other structures), which enables the enterprise to carry out a full production cycle. The real estate of the complex includes a land plot with a total area of 2,001 sq. m. Also 6 units of vehicles and 1,571 units of other movable property are owned by PC, including: equipment, furniture, inventory, computer and office equipment etc.
The enterprise’s property was not leased. Also there is no property on PC’s balance that is not subject to privatization. There are no protective structures of civil protection and architectural monuments on the balance of the enterprise.
The object is located at the Ingul district of Mykolaiv. PC is conveniently located near the railway, shops, ATMs and medical centers. Also the object of privatization has a convenient transport interchange (public transport stops and the road of territorial significance T-1501), which makes it attractive for potential investors.
