Success stories of privatization: "Western Expertise and Technical Center of the State Service for Labor of Ukraine"

Last year, the Fund put up for privatization the property complex of SOE "Western Expertise and Technical Center of the State Service for Labor of Ukraine" in Lviv. The winner was the company "IT UNITED", which paid UAH 45.1 million including VAT to the state budget for the asset.

After a year of productive work, the new owner not only maintains the profile of activities but also actively invests in the development of the enterprise.

The Сenter not only maintains the profile of activities but also makes significant investments for the convenient working conditions of employees. 90 people, 71 of whom are full-time employees, work in comfortable conditions: renovated offices under the supervision of video surveillance and alarm systems. Renewed offices, a video surveillance system, security alarm, new server, equipment, and renovated vehicles are just some of the improvements that demonstrate the Center's priority in caring for employees.

The Center strives for the highest quality standards and constantly improves: expanded accreditation areas according to international standards ISO 17020 and ISO 17065, and implemented a new quality management system.

"The successful work of the Western Expertise and Technical Center shows that privatization can not only preserve but also improve the work of enterprises, contributing to their development and supporting the Ukrainian economy," emphasizes the Chairman of the Fund, Vitaliy Koval.

The Center actively uses its own expertise in equipment certification to support Ukrainian manufacturers. The Center's ambitious plans for the future include becoming a leader in the field of consulting and expert services not only at the regional but also at the national and European levels.
