The Fund held 15 online auctions worth almost UAH 32 million this week

From April 8 to 12, the State Property Fund held 15 successful privatization auctions in the “Prozorro.Sale” system worth almost UAH 32 million. 92 participants competed for ownership of the objects that is on average of 6.13 potential investors. The increase in asset prices was 10.7 times.

The most expensive object of the week was the Property complex of SOE “Lviv State Institute of Municipal Construction Design “Lvivdiprocomunbud”in Lviv. 6 units of real estate, 2 units of motor vehicles and 59 units of movable property are on the balance sheet of SOE. 6 participants competed for the asset and the value of the lot increased from UAH 510.4 thousand to UAH 19.0 million.

Next week we expect to hold 17 privatization online auctions. Among the most extensive offers:

1. Property complex of SOE “Novovolynsk repair and mechanical plant” in Volyn Region.
Property complex includes 32 units of real estate, 4 units of motor vehicles and 8 units of land plots 3.877 hectares. The total area of the real estate is 9,272.5 m².
Starting price: UAH 51.1 million.

2. Production building premises in Cherkasy Region.
The total area of the privatization object is 4,091.8 m² and consists of forester's house, dormitory, feed block, calf pen and others. Needs major repairs.

3. Unfinished construction object –a school for 640 pupils in Zhytomyr Region.
Privatization object consists of a school for 640 pupils. Kherson construction site with an area of 3,858 m². The percentage of construction readiness is 2%. Remains of the foundation are available.

4. Unfinished construction object –a club in Zhytomyr Region.
The object is represented by a two-story brick building with an area of 999.7 m². The percentage of construction readiness is 57%.

5. Non-residential building (garage) in Chernihiv Region.
Privatization object consists of a brick non-residential building (garage) with an observation pit with an area of 138.9 m². The asset was built in 1972.
