The State Property Fund has put «Novovolynsk Repair and Mechanical Plant» up for privatization. The starting price is over UAH 51 million
The Fund's team has announced an online auction for the privatization of the Property Complex of the SOE «Novovolynsk Mechanical Repair Plant». The online auction will be held in the electronic trading system Prozorro.Sale with a starting price of UAH 51 million (excluding VAT). The deadline for bids is April 15, and the auction is scheduled for April 16.
Vitaliy Koval, Chairman of the SPFU, emphasizes: "This is a fresh offer from the Fund, which may prove to be an ideal object for starting a new business or relocating an existing one. After all, the investor gets access to a ready-made production environment."
The asset is located at: 53 Shakhtarska Street, Novovolynsk, Volyn region. The advantages of the facility are its location in the center of Novovolynsk and convenient logistics interchange along the regional road P-15 and the territorial road T-0305.
The principal activity is the production of machinery and equipment for the mining and construction industries, as well as repair and maintenance of industrial machinery and equipment.
The Property complex of SOE includes 32 real estate units with a total area of almost 9.3 thousand m², including production, warehouse, administrative buildings and structures, garages, transformer substations, campsites, etc. The facilities are located in the city of Novovolynsk and the village of Shatsk. Also, Property complex of SOE «Novovolynsk Repair and Mechanical Plant»owns land plots with a total area of 3.9 hectares and 4 vehicles and special equipment.
There are no lease agreements concluded with respect to the company's property.
The company's balance sheet includes objects that are not subject to privatization, namely
- a 53.3 m² power substation building located at 41-B Shakhtarska Street, Novovolynsk
- civil protection facility - in the plant management building with an area of 102.8 m², at 53 Shakhtarska Street, Novovolynsk.
The new potential investor of the property must ensure repayment of wage arrears and budget payments in the amount existing as of the date of transfer of ownership within six months. One of the main conditions of the auction is to prevent the dismissal of employees.
