State property lease: revenues for the first quarter of 2024 amounted to more than UAH 200 million

The State Property Fund offers a variety of objects for rent, which are suitable for various business needs. The SPFU's investment portfolio includes modern office space, spacious warehouses and retail space - everything entrepreneurs and companies need to operate.

Potential objects for lease, with a total area of 8 million m², have already been successfully sold. This is just the beginning, as there are currently more than 2.5 million m² of properties available that may be of interest to investors across the country.

Currently, the SPFU is preparing about 40 lots in different regions of Ukraine for future auctions. The total area of these lots is 9.4 thousand square meters. Most of the assets are concentrated in Poltava region, where 32 lots have a total area of more than 5.4 thousand square meters. Many other properties are being prepared in different regions of Ukraine: Kyiv and Kyiv region, Dnipropetrovs'k, Lviv, Kharkiv, Khmelnytsky and Cherkasy regions.
