Sanctioned property: auctions for privatization of apartments of Mykhailo Shelkov and Volodymyr Saldo announced

On April 17, online auctions will be held to privatize the real estate of Russian oligarch Mykhailo Shelkov and collaborator Volodymyr Saldo.

The auctions will be held in the Prozorro.Sale system.

Chairman of the State Property Fund Vitaliy Koval emphasizes: "Russian property should work for the restoration of Ukraine. Today, all the actions of the SPFU Team are aimed at bringing the Victory closer."

More about the assets

A four-room apartment of 175.5 m² in Odesa. The property is located on the 3rd floor of an 8-storey building with a closed territory in the Primorsky district. The property was once owned by Mykhailo  Shelkov.

An apartment with a total area of 128.5 m², located near the Arcadia beach in Odesa. The asset is located on the 8th floor of an 18-storey building with a closed territory. The apartment was owned by Volodymyr Saldo.

Important.The buyers are obliged to pay the costs associated with the preparation for the sale of the property and utility bills.
