Almost UAH 30 million - the result of this weeks privatization auctions
From March 11 to 15, the State Property Fund of Ukraine held 12 successful privatization auctions. The auctions were held in the Prozorro.Sale system, with the total bids amounting to UAH 29.86 million. A total of 71 bidders competed for the ownership of the assets, with the price of the assets increasing more than 2 times.
The most expensive lot of the week was the Property complex of the SOE"Research Plant of the Institute of Pulse Processes and Technologies of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine" located in Mykolaiv region. The final value of the asset is UAH 10.8 million. The facility in Sumy was also popular among potential investors. There were 18 bidders for the car wash, and the value of the asset increased more than 57 times. From the starting bid of UAH 39.38 thousand to the winning bid of UAH 2.25 million.

Property complex of SOE"Bilgorod-Dnistrovskyi Sea Commercial Port". "Bilgorod-Dnistrovskyi Sea Commercial Port" is an international universal transportation hub specializing in transshipment of timber, bulk, construction and grain cargo, as well as iron ore pellets and metal products. Transshipment is carried out both from land transport to sea vessels and vice versa. The single property complex is located on the territory of 64.4 hectares. It consists of 59 hectares of the main production area of the port in Bilhorod-Dnistrovskyi and 5.4 hectares of the Buhaz port point located in Zatoka village. The total area of the buildings is 31.3 thousand m².
The starting price is UAH 183.9 million, and the auction is scheduled for March 21.

State-owned stake of 50%+1 share in PJSC Rivne Radio Engineering Plant.The company has not been operating since 2013. The company's balance sheet includes 7 real estate units with a total area of 68,795 m². The facility is located on a land plot with a total area of 11.3 hectares. There are no employees.
The starting price is UAH 60.8 million, and the auction is scheduled for March 19.

Property complex of SOE "Kholmynskyi Distillery".An operating enterprise located in the village of Kholmy. Its main activity is distillation, rectification and mixing of distillery beverages. The Property complex of SOE includes 101 registered real estate units: production, warehouse, administrative buildings and structures, transformer substations, artesian wells, grain tanks, railroad tracks, etc. The Property complex of SOE also owns 16 units of transport and special equipment (trucks, trailers, tractors, excavators, etc.).
The starting price is UAH 15.3 million, and the auction is scheduled for March 20.

Property complex of SOE “Kamianskyi distillery plant”.The company owns 49 real estate objects, including buildings, production and utility facilities, workshops, pumping rooms, warehouses, and others. The total area of buildings and structures is 26,032.9 m². The privatization object included land plots with a total area of 86.9451 hectares.
The starting price is UAH 6.6 million, and the auction is scheduled for March 22.

Premises in Sumy. The object of privatization consists of two main non-residential premises and three auxiliary premises located on the second floor of a non-residential building, which was built in 2009. The total area of the property is 710 m². The premises have been finished: the floor is made of ceramic tiles, the suspended ceiling is insulated with 100 mm thick mineral wool boards. Electric lighting, cold water supply, municipal sewerage, ventilation and communication facilities are connected to the 1st floor of the facility.
The starting price is UAH 5.98 million, and the auction is scheduled for March 19.
