One more successful auction for privatization – the price of the asset has increased to UAH 23 million

Such a result was achieved at an online auction for the privatization of a two-story building on the electronic trading system "Prozorro.Sales".

12 participants competed for the lot. The asset’s price surged over sixfold, from UAH 3.7 million to the winning bid of UAH 23.1 million.

The privatization object is a two-story non-residential building with a basement and a mezzanine, with a total area of ​​391.3 sq. m. The building is a monument of local cultural heritage and serves administrative and other purposes. The building is located in the center of Ivano-Frankivsk city, near the Museum of Art of Prykarpattia and the Ivano-Frankivsk City Hall.

Privatization during martial law helps to mobilize internal reserves and assets to support the economy of Ukraine and the Defense Forces.

The result of this auction once again dispels the myth of undervaluation of prices for state property during the war. Competitive bidding in the market effectively determines the value of desirable assets, resulting in a higher final price compared to the starting one.
