An auction for privatization of the Property complex of SOE "Kamianske Distillery" has been announced
The State Property Fund of Ukraine has put up for sale through an electronic auction the Property complex of SOE "Kamianske Distillery". The company's advantages are its good location and logistics. The availability of equipment and all the necessary communications makes it possible to revive the production of distillery products, or as a brownfield investment object, it will become a powerful production site for launching another business.
The online auction in the Prozorro.Sale electronic trading system is scheduled for 14 March this year, with the deadline for bids ending on 13 March, and the starting price of the asset is UAH 13.14 million.
Property location address: 1 Rudnyanska (Serdyuka) Street, Kamianka, Cherkasy region.
According to the Charter, the main activity of the enterprise is distillation, rectification and mixing of alcoholic beverages.
The state-owned enterprise owns 49 real estate objects, including buildings, production and utility facilities, workshops, pumping facilities, warehouses, and others. The total area of buildings and structures is 26,032.9 m². The privatization object included land plots with a total area of 86.9451 hectares.
In addition, the balance sheet of "Kamianske Distillery" includes vehicles, trucks and agricultural machinery.
Movable property on the balance sheet of the enterprise includes 430 items (equipment, furniture, computer and office equipment, etc.).
There are no lease agreements.
In addition, the balance sheet of Property complex of SOE includes 13 units of property not subject to privatization (residential buildings, a cellar, a shed, etc.). The company provides water supply, sewage and electricity services to residential buildings (which are not subject to privatization). The SOE is accounted for as a civil defense facility, which is not subject to privatization.
