State Property Fund of Ukraine attracted almost UAH 3.2 million from the successful privatization of 9 objects
From February 12 to 16, the team of the State Property Fund of Ukraine held 9 successful online auctions for privatization via the Prozorro.Sale platform, with a total amount of UAH 3.2 million. The total number of participants was 33, which led to a 3.68-fold increase in the value of assets.
The most expensive lot of the week was an administrative building in the Mykolaiv region. The value of the asset increased from UAH 511 thousand to UAH 1.5 million, which is more than 2.93 times.

1. Property complex of SOE "Zakupnianskyi quarry" in Khmelnytskyi region.
The property complex includes 39 units of real estate: production, warehouse, administrative buildings, and structures, 3 land plots for production purposes with a total area of 72.07 hectares, and 23 units of vehicles, special equipment, and railway transport. The total area of the object is 12,856.28 m2.
