We join forces to create new business opportunities - a working meeting with the Federation of Employers of Ukraine was held
Vitaliy Koval, Chairman of the SPFU, together with his deputies Igor Tymoshenko and Ivanna Smachylo, held a working meeting with the leadership of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine.
The Chairman of the SPFU spoke about interesting proposals for business and the plans of the agency for the current year. He also emphasized the business opportunities created by the SPFU's new business lines - Land Bank and Sanctioned Assets.
During the meeting, the parties discussed many essentialissues in the field of corporate governance and privatization of large-scale facilities. They also discussed the operation of state-owned enterprises and the need for employees. They also talked about adjusting the legislation on the regulation of Sanctioned Assets.
"It is essentialto create new opportunities and a simplified system for doing business in Ukraine. Our task is to ensure that the facilities find their owners, create jobs, pay taxes and develop Ukraine's economy. Domestic production facilities have potential and need to be developed," emphasized the SPFU Chairman.
The Federation could become a partner in consulting and providing information to employers. Dmytro Oliynyk, the FEU President, promised to tell potential investors about the SPFU's proposals. Also, the FEU representatives expressed their interest in transparent privatization, which will definitely contribute to the development of entrepreneurship in Ukraine.
"We, as the Federation of Employers of Ukraine, believe that it is necessary to build an effective model of privatization and management of state property that would help post relocated enterprises and create new production facilities in the wartime. It should be as systematic, transparent, and deregulated as possible. So that the companies that bought the facility would not incur any additional costs, paperwork or other burdens. It is also necessary to address the issue of privatization not only of the Integral property complex, but also of the land. Therefore, we agreed to join our efforts in legislative changes. We hope that business and the SPFU will create a system of access to privatization. This will give the state more production facilities and more jobs," said Dmytro Oliynyk, President of the Federation of Employers of Ukraine.
As a result, the parties agreed to create joint legislative initiatives that would meet the challenges of wartime and improve business activity in Ukraine.
