The State Property Fund held 14 auctions this week, totaling almost UAH 140 million

From January 22 to 26, the SPFU held 14 successful online auctions for privatization via the "Prozorro.Sales" system, amounting to UAH 139.7 million. The average number of participants in the auctions was 6.7, with 95 participants competing for ownership rights to the objects.

The most expensive lot of the week was the property complex of SOE "TVK". The final value of the lot was UAH 106.2 million, and in addition to the winning bid, VAT of UAH 21.2 million and a payment of current liabilities of UAH 12.2 million need to be added. Next following in terms of final value was the parquet workshop. Seventeen participants competed for ownership rights to this asset in the Rivne region. The starting price increased from UAH 1,128,273 to UAH 11,223,333, almost tenfold.

Next week, the Fund's team plans to hold 18 online auctions for the privatization of state property. Among the largest offerings are:
