UAH 346.66 million of state budget revenues - the result of the SPFU Teams work for the week (January 15-19)

From January 15-19, the State Property Fund of Ukraine held 12 successful online privatization auctions. The auctions were attended by 100 bidders, or an average of 8.3 bidders per auction. The overall increase in the value of assets was 15.5 times.

The most expensive object of the week was the UMC of the State Enterprise Lviv State Institute for Design of Oil Refineries and Petrochemical Enterprises. Its value increased from the starting price of UAH 588,521 to the final price of UAH 200 million. There were 33 bidders for the asset.

Next week, we have no less ambitious plans, and expect to hold 21 online auctions. Among the largest auctions:

UPC SE «TVK» (7th kilometer). The enterprise consists of 17 retail and warehouse premises with an average area of 2 thousand m² each, with a total real estate area of 35,368.5 m².

The starting price is UAH 104.1 million, and the auction is scheduled for January 26.

The USC of the State Enterprise "Gannopil Distillery". The property includes 60 units of real estate, including buildings and structures of the plant and the station facilities and others. The total area of all the buildings is 10208.2 m², all the objects are located in Khmelnytsky region.

The starting price is UAH 3.8 million, and the auction is scheduled for January 25.

The asset under construction is a club. The two-storey brick building with an area of almost 1000 m² is located in the center of Potiivka village, Zhytomyr region.
