An auction for the privatization of the "Agricultural Enterprise "Land Fund"" located in Kyiv and Zhytomyr has been announced

On January 17, an online auction for the privatization of the property complex of SOE "Agricultural Enterprise "Land Fund"" is scheduled. The starting price for the asset is UAH 8.5 million. The real estate that is part of the object is located at the addresses: Kyiv, Boris Hrinchenko Street, 1, and Zhytomyr, Korostyshivska Street, 56.

The main activities, according to the Statute, include consulting on commercial activities and management. As of September 30, 2023, overdue liabilities are absent, and the current creditor indebtedness amounts to UAH 8,001.1 thousand.

The state enterprise includes 14 buildings as well as the "Kolos" hotel. Among the buildings with a total area of 5,428.4 square meters are a service station, warehouse, forge, washroom, garage, and others, all located in Zhytomyr. The hotel building with an area of 1,856.7 square meters is located near the "Heroes of the Dnipro" metro station in the capital.

The "Agricultural Enterprise "Land Fund"" has numerous advantages, including:

  • a large total area and variety of premises;
  • a hotel in Kyiv with convenient transport interchanges;
  • registered land plots with a total area of over 0.573 hectares;
  • absence of overwhelming indebtedness.
