73.9 million UAH in revenues to the state budget – the result of the work of the State Property Fund for the week

For the current week (December 4-8), the State Property Fund team raised 73.96 million UAH for the state budget by holding 15 successful online auctions for privatization. The average price increase was 22%, with 70 participants in the trades.

The largest auctions of the week were:

The property complex of SOE "Tekhnika" in Kyiv. Starting price – 58.8 million UAH, winning bid – 60.3 million UAH.

Veterinary hospital building in Volyn region. Starting price – 100.2 thousand UAH, winning bid – 7.8 million UAH.

Veterinary hospital premises in Volyn region. Starting price – 338.1 thousand UAH, winning bid – 2.6 million UAH.

Non-residential building with a basement in Ternopil region. Starting price – 380.5 thousand UAH, winning bid – 405.7 thousand UAH.

Part of an administrative building with a garage in Poltava region. Starting price – 267.2 thousand UAH, winning bid – 272.7 thousand UAH.

19 online auctions for the privatization of state property are planned for the next week. Among the proposals are property complexes, stone mining enterprises, veterinary clinics, and a sawmill workshop, among others.
