During the week, the State Property Funds team raised over 28 million hryvnias for the state budget

For the current week (November 27 - December 1), the State Property Fund of Ukraine attracted 28.89 million hryvnias by conducting 11 online auctions for the privatization of state property. The price increased by 4.7 times, with an average of 10 participants.

The biggest lots of the week:

  • Hunting center in Ivano-Frankivsk region. Starting price: 280.4 thousand hryvnias, winning bid: 15.12 million hryvnias.
  • Single Property Complex  “Zakhidukrzakordonnaftogazbud” in Ivano-Frankivsk. Starting price: 3 million hryvnias, winning bid: 6 million hryvnias.
  • Group of inventory objects in Rivne region. Starting price: 1.8 million hryvnias, winning bid: 3 million hryvnias.
  • Administrative building in Zhytomyr region. Starting price: 260 thousand hryvnias, winning bid: 1.3 million hryvnias.
  • Gatehouse building in Vinnytsia. Starting price: 460 thousand hryvnias, winning bid: 0.9 million hryvnias.

Next week, the Fund plans to conduct 30 online auctions for the privatization of state property.

- Single Property Complex of State Enterprise "TVK". The object is located 7 km from Odessa, in the town of Avanhard, which is a suburban area of Odessa and consists of 17 commercial and warehouse premises, each averaging 2,000 square meters.
