The State Property Fund has already selected 20 managers for state-owned companies via the "SPFU Human Resources Reserve" system
During September and October, the State Property Fund of Ukraine found 20 managers for state-owned companies who responded to job postings on the "SPFU Human Resources Reserve"internet portal.
10 directors and 10 independent members of supervisory boards of 15 enterprises under the management of the State Property Fund were appointed.
"The new "SPFU Human Resources Reserve" website helps find managers for state-owned companies more quickly and efficiently. We encourage qualified executives to submit their resumes to help us build the future of our country together," said acting Chairman of the State Property Fund, Oleksandr Fedoryshyn.
It's worth noting that on November 2, the State Property Fund published the terms of participationin the selection of candidates for independent members (directors) of the Supervisory Board of Demurinsky Mining and Enrichment Plant LLC on the "SPFU Human Resources Reserve" website.
"SPFU Human Resources Reserve" is an automated system for the effective search of professional candidates for managerial positions in state-owned enterprises. The system was developed by the Office of Digital Transformation of the State Property Fund in collaboration with other departments of the Fund.
From now on, all Ukrainian citizens can access current job openings for managerial positions within companies managed by the Fund and submit a candidate profile electronically.
