The number of auctions by region:
- Vinnytsia region - 9 auctions;
- Lviv and Rivne regions - 6 auctions each;
- Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, and Odesa regions - 4 auctions each;
- Volyn region - 3 auctions;
- Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernivtsi, Kirovohrad, Poltava regions, and Kyiv city - 2 auctions each;
- Mykolaiv, Sumy, Ternopil, Cherkasy regions - 1 auction.
Top privatization offers of state property in November:
A 50% + 1 share of the State-owned Rivne Radio-Technical Plant. Since 2013, the enterprise has not been in operation, and there are no permanent employees. The company's balance includes 7 real estate units with a total area of 68,795 m². The property is located on a land plot with a total area of 11,3 hectares.
Starting price - 121.6 million UAH, auction date - November 7.
Property complex of State Enterprise "Zakhidukrzakordonnaftogazbud." The complex is located in Ivano-Frankivsk region and includes: an administrative building, a pumping station, a refueling station, and a cement-concrete pavement with a total area of 372,9 m², situated on a land plot of 3,0529 hectares.
Starting price – 3,0 million UAH, auction date - November 28.
Group of wood processing facilities in Volyn. The assets include 6 workshops, a boiler room, a residential building, a canopy for drying euro pallets, and a drying chamber. All premises are in satisfactory technical condition and are not leased.

Administrative building in Odessa region. A two-story administrative building with a total area of 429,7 m² (the first floor area is 214,4 m², the second floor area is 215,3 m²). The object was built in 1960, with all necessary utilities connected. Since 2017, the building has not been used and requires renovation.
Starting price – 1,3 million UAH, auction date - November 14.
Two-story administrative building in Vinnytsia region. The property with an area of 342 m² was built in 1981. Technical characteristics include a foundation of rubble stone, brick walls, iron-concrete panels for roofing, and slate roofing. It is in satisfactory condition, has a basement, and is not leased. The land plot for the property is not separately allocated.

A building with an area of 114 m² in Vinnytsia. A two-story pass-through building constructed in 1977. Technical characteristics include a rubble stone foundation and basement, brick walls and partitions, reinforced concrete roofing, concrete floor, and a roofing membrane. The property is not leased and is located in the Zamoysky district of the city, near Vinnytsia Institute of Economics, a car service station, post office, and grocery stores.
Starting price – 0,9 million UAH, auction date - November 17.
In addition, in the near future, auctions for the sale of property complexes of the State Enterprise "TVK" (Odessa region),State Enterprise "Ivano-Frankivsk Bakery Products Plant" (Ivano-Frankivsk city), and State Enterprise "Technika" (Kyiv city)are expected to be announced.
