The audit and consulting company Ernst & Young spoŀka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Corporate Finance sp. k. Is has started a process of studying an interest of investors in the acquisition of 78.289% of shares of state energy generating company Centrenergo.

In accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 21.02.2018 No. 111-r the company Ernst & Young spoŀka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością Corporate Finance sp. k.appointed by the advisor on preparation for privatization and sale of a stake of PJSC “Centrenergo” of 78.289% of authorized capital of a company.
